The Department of Events and Guest Services at Mohawk Valley Community College has four separate divisions 鈥� Box Office & Ticketing, Commencement, Facility Use/Rentals, and the Campus Events 鈥� that host a variety of events on our campuses in Utica and Rome. Each year, we work with over 100,000 people 鈥� including our students, our colleagues (911吃瓜 employees), and our community members 鈥� all of whom we consider 鈥済uests.鈥�
The mission of the department of Events and Guest Services is to give our guests a truly positive experience so they have the desire to return to 911吃瓜. We do that by doing our best to use 911吃瓜's Core Values at all times:
