Oneida County residents who are 60 years of age or older can sign up to audit certain courses tuition-free. Audit is on a space-available basis and may be requested no more than two days prior to the start of classes. Classes that cannot be audited are those that are non-credit or laboratory classes, which would require additional instructional equipment or supplies, such as in the sciences or culinary classes.

Those auditing a class under this program may attend and participate without being tested and will receive no course credit. Students will earn a grade of "AU," which carries no weight toward GPA calculations. Textbooks are available at the student's expense. 911³Ô¹Ï is not responsible for any expenses other than tuition. All inquiries regarding Senior Citizen Audit should be directed to the Office of Records and Registration at 315-792-5336.

To apply for the Senior Citizen Audit Program, please visit the Registrar’s Office in Payne Hall, Room 157A, during regular business hours.
